2.) What kinds of shipping methods can I choose from?
We provide three types of shipping methods. The Standard Airmail and Registered Airmail take 7 - 14 days to arrive.

The (Express) EMS SpeedPost takes 2 - 5 days to arrive.


3.) How long will it take for my package to arrive?
EverySmart.com processes your order within 1 to 2 business days. All packages are packed in a protective carton box instead of an envelope for the best protection. 

With Registered Airmail and EMS SpeedPost, once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation which provides a link for tracking orders so that you can check the status of your package.

Bulk Orders
Orders with more than 9 items of the same kind/type will be treated as a bulk order.
For bulk orders, we will process your order within 1 to 2 business days. With Registered Airmail and EMS SpeedPost, once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation which provides a link for tracking orders so that you can check the status of your package.

Shipping Time
- For Airmail or Registered Airmail, over 98% packages can be arrived in 1 to 2 weeks.
- For EMS SpeedPost, over 98% packages can be arrived in 2 to 5 business days.

Note: The exact shipping time cannot be guaranteed as it can be affected by many factors such as postal delay or customs inspection.  If you do not receive your package in 3 weeks, please let us know.

6.) Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders and for some items we offer a special discount.

At EverySmart.com, you can purchase single items or multiple items in bulk. Any order with more than 9 items of the same kind/type will be treated as a bulk order. You can make bulk purchases of a single item or multiple items by adding them to your shopping cart. We offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items.

For bulk orders, we will process your order within 1 to 2 business days. With Registered Airmail and SpeedPost, once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation which provides a link for tracking orders so that you can check the status of your package.

Remarks: For some items, we provide immediate shipment for bulk purchasing. Please send us an enquiry if you need an immediate shipment for a bulk order.

7.) Do you provide protective packaging?
Yes, all packages are packed in a protective carton box to ensure your items are well protected during shipment.

8.) What is the return policy?

Damage during delivery
If the shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then found shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer. Once we have received the defect item(s) and ascertain that the damage occurred during delivery, we will send you the new item(s) or refund you your money. The shipping cost of redelivery will be borne by us.

Factory Defect
EverySmart.com offers factory warranty. If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the defective item(s) and ascertain that it is a factory defect, we will send you the new item(s) or refund you your money.  The shipping cost of redelivery will be borne by us.
